1. About CraftLoom and These Terms
CraftLoom is a brand operated by Starhome Enterprises, a sole proprietorship owned by Kannappan K, with its principal business address at 16, Kambar Street, Alandur, Chennai – 600016, India. In these Terms and Conditions, “CraftLoom,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Kannappan K carrying on business as Starhome Enterprises under the CraftLoom brand. “You” and “your” refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing our products. These Terms govern your use of https://craftloom.store and purchases made through the website. Please read them before placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not place an order or use the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Refund Policy and any product-specific licence or conditions disclosed before purchase also apply to the relevant transaction. Where a product-specific licence expressly provides different usage rights from the general licence in these Terms, that product-specific licence governs those usage rights. Nothing in these documents limits rights that cannot lawfu ly be excluded.
2. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must be legaly capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. If you are not, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase on your behalf. If you purchase on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address and biling details, and to update your account information when necessary. You must not impersonate another person or use payment details without authorisation.
3. Our Digital Products
CraftLoom offers digital products, which may include planners, templates, worksheets, printables, e-books, educational resources, design resources and bundles.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise:
● Products are supplied electronicaly.
● No physical item will be shipped.
● Printing, binding, framing and other physical production services are not included.
● Devices, software, subscriptions and third-party accounts needed to use a product are not included.
Each product page describes the included files, formats, intended use and relevant compatibility requirements. Please review the product description before purchasing. Contact us if you need clarification about compatibility or permitted use.
4. Prices, Taxes and Payments
Prices are displayed in US Dollars, USD ($). The total payable, including applicable taxes and any additional charges, wi l be shown before you complete payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction charges. These charges are outside our control. Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders are subject to successful payment and acceptance by CraftLoom. We may change prices or discontinue promotions for future orders. Such changes do not alter the price of an order we have already accepted. If we discover a material pricing or product-description error affecting your order, we wi l contact you to explain the issue and offer the option of proceeding on the corrected basis or canceling for a refund. We wil not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
5. Order Confirmation and Acceptance
After you place an order, you wil normaly receive an email acknowledging it. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order but does not, by itself, constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we expressly confirm acceptance or make the purchased files available, whichever occurs first.
Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order where:
● Payment fails or cannot be verified.
● We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment.
● The product is unavailable or cannot be supplied.
● A material pricing or listing error requires correction.
● Fulfiling the order would breach applicable law.
After acceptance, any cancelation by us wil remain subject to our contractual obligations and applicable law. If we cancel an order after receiving payment and do not supply the product, we wil refund the amount paid for the canceled item.
6. Digital Delivery and Access
After successful payment and order acceptance, purchased files are normaly made available immediately through the download facilities provided for your order. Depending on the checkout and account arrangements, these may include the order-confirmation page, email or your customer account. Payment verification or technical issues may occasionaly cause delays. If payment has been confirmed but you cannot access your files, contact craftloom.site@gmail.com with your order number. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your inbox, spam and junk folders. Any download limits, link-expiry periods or account requirements wi l be disclosed on the product page or at checkout before purchase. If a download link expires or does not work, contact us. We wil verify your purchase and assist with restoring access where required by your purchase terms or applicable law. Unless expressly stated, a purchase does not include permanent online storage, indefinite re-download access, future editions or a subscription. This does not reduce any access period or other entitlement expressly promised when you purchased. We recommend keeping a backup of your downloaded files for your own permitted use.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains the request process, change-of-mind policy and refund-processing arrangements, including any cancelation options before download or access. Because our products are digital, change-of-mind refunds or cancelations after files have been downloaded or accessed are not ordinarily offered, except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
Contact us if:
● You have been charged more than once for the same purchase.
● Your purchased files have not been delivered.
● Files are corrupt, incomplete or inaccessible.
● A product materialy differs from its description.
● You believe you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
We wil investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include supplying missing files, replacing defective files, restoring access or issuing a refund. Any resolution wi l respect your statutory rights; a lega ly required refund is not discretionary. Please send requests to craftloom.site@gmail.com and include your order number, purchase email address and a description of the issue. We may request reasonable supporting information, but wil not ask for your password or complete payment-card details. Once a refund is approved, we wil initiate it without undue delay and no later than seven business days after approval, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law. Refunds are normaly issued through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds. For our internal refund-processing commitment, business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Tamil Nadu. Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy excludes any refund, cancelation or other consumer right that cannot legaly be excluded.
8. Licence and Permitted Use
Unless the product page or a separate licence expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this default licence, you may:
● Download and store the files on devices you control.
● Print copies for your own personal use.
● Edit files supplied in an editable format for your own personal use.
Unless expressly authorised by the applicable product licence,
you must not:
● Resel, redistribute, sublicense, give away or share the product files or download links.
● Upload files to public websites, shared resource libraries or file-sharing services.
● Sel printed copies or modified versions of the product.
● Use the product for client work, paid services, classroom distribution, team-wide access or other commercial or organisational purposes.
● Claim ownership of the underlying content or designs.
● Remove copyright notices or ownership information.
● Use the product for unlawful purposes. Commercial, classroom, team or client-use rights apply only where expressly included in the product licence or separately authorised by us. Editing a product does not transfer ownership of its underlying content or remove its licence restrictions. Nothing in this section restricts uses permitted by applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.
9. Intellectual Property
Rights in our products and website content belong to Kannappan K, carrying on business as Starhome Enterprises, or the relevant licensors and rights holders. Purchasing a product grants the applicable licence to use it; it does not transfer copyright, trademark rights or other inte lectual property ownership. You retain ownership of original content you independently add to an editable product. This does not give you ownership of the underlying template, design or other pre-existing material. Third-party fonts, images, software or other resources may be subject to separate licence conditions disclosed with the product. Al rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Accounts and Website Use
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
You must not:
● Attempt to access another customer’s account.
● Bypass payment, download or security restrictions.
● Introduce malware or interfere with the website.
● Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
● Reproduce or exploit website content beyond the permission granted.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security threats or material breaches of these Terms. Where appropriate, we wil notify you and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Restrictions will not remove refund rights, paid entitlements or other rights that must be preserved under applicable law.
11. Product Information, Compatibility and Updates
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, previews and specifications. Colours and appearance may vary between screens and printers. Printed results may also depend on paper, printer settings and equipment. These variations do not excuse a product that materia ly fails to match its description. You are responsible for reviewing disclosed file formats and software requirements before purchase. We remain responsible for the accuracy of compatibility information we provide. Insta lation, customisation, training, maintenance, future versions and updates are not included unless expressly stated on the relevant product page. We may update or discontinue products for future sales. Doing so wil not automaticaly remove rights, access or support expressly included with an existing purchase.
12. Customer Support and Complaints

Our normal customer-support hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST), excluding public holidays in Tamil Nadu. We aim to respond to routine support requests within one business day. Product-specific support beyond basic purchase and access assistance is included only where stated on the relevant product page.

We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and redress them within one month of receipt. The 48-hour acknowledgment period is measured in elapsed hours, not business hours. We provide a complaint reference number for tracking. Please include your order number and relevant details. You do not need to disclose passwords or complete payment-card information.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
We use third-party providers for functions such as payment processing, hosting and email delivery. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. External links do not necessarily constitute an endorsement. We do not control independent third-party websites or services. Where a third-party disruption affects your purchase, we wil provide reasonable assistance. Using third-party providers does not remove our obligations to supply purchased products or provide remedies required by applicable law.
14. Disclaimers and Liability
Products are supplied for the purposes described on their product pages. Unless expressly stated, we do not guarantee a particular personal, educational, business or financial outcome. Educational and informational materials are not a substitute for professional advice where such advice is needed. Nothing in these Terms excludes applicable warranties, consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lega ly be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a product or the website. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfu ly be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms removes responsibility for supplying a product that conforms to its description or for providing a lega ly required remedy.

We handle personal information colected through the website, checkout, accounts and customer support as explained in our Privacy Policy and as required by applicable law. 16. Changes to These Terms and Governing Law
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, business practices or legal requirements. The updated version wil be published on this page with a revised date. Unless required by applicable law or separately agreed with you, updated Terms apply to purchases made after publication. They do not retrospectively reduce rights, licences or access already granted for an existing purchase. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply. Disputes may be brought before a competent court, consumer commission or other legaly available dispute-resolution forum. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising mandatory consumer remedies. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
